you need to know someone that iontroduces you into a new circle of people. once you are legitimized in that circle,you can talk with them and might find some contacts. without it,well,tricky. just walkign up to a group of people and asking to be their friend usually gets other reactions. legitimized,you are okay,without,you are a creep.
